This is a binding agreement between You, the person or entity agreeing to these terms ("I", "You", "Your" or "Customer"), and Magnolia Vellia, the trading name of Magnolia Bloom LLC and the owner and administrator of this Website ("Our", "Us", or "Company"). These Terms govern Your use of and access to this Website and all of its sub-pages.
By using, visiting, or browsing the Website, as well as placing an order through the Website, You accept these Terms of Use without limitation. If You do not agree to be bound by these Terms, You should exit the Website immediately.
You further agree not to use or access the Website if doing so would violate the laws of Your state, province, or country.
By ordering products from us, You authorize us to charge Your credit card accordingly. The descriptor that appears on Your credit card statement will appear as magnoliavellia.com. If You have any questions regarding Your credit card statement, please contact our customer service department.
This is the full range of travel accessories products and offers which are currently available on our store. All prices are in US dollars, with no sales tax added and no shipping charges applied at checkout.
Shipments are tracked, and the tracking number is sent by email as soon as Your order is shipped. Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States and is delivered within 3–5 business days. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We do not charge for shipping and no sales tax is added at checkout, so the total shown when You place Your order is the total charged to Your card.
We refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions, including shipping and handling charges. Customers are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return, provided the item is in its original condition.
Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to You, is defective. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
To process Your refund, You must supply us with Your name and delivery address. Once a refund has been approved, please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on Your credit card statement, depending on Your bank's processing times.
To obtain Your refund, contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package and send the product back to our fulfilment centre within 30 days from receipt of the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund issued. Once our fulfilment centre receives and verifies the package, You will be issued a refund.

Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent on Saturdays, Sundays, or any holidays. Magnolia Vellia does not guarantee specific arrival dates or times and does not refund or credit delivery or processing charges for delayed shipments.
The materials and products contained and offered on the Website are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Magnolia Vellia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Magnolia Vellia or its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to this Agreement, the products, or the Customer's use of the Website. You agree that Magnolia Vellia's entire liability for all claims shall be limited to the lesser of (i) USD $500.00, or (ii) the total amount You paid to Magnolia Vellia in the one month period immediately preceding the incident.
Packing cubes and organizers are made to be used and re-used. Spot clean the fabric with lukewarm water and a drop of gentle soap, then air dry it flat and completely before folding it away. Keep the cubes out of a tumble dryer, and wipe along the zip teeth with a damp cloth so grit never works its way in.
The travel pillow cover unzips and can be machine washed cold, then air dried flat. The memory foam inside should never be machine washed or soaked — spot clean it only, and let it air out of direct sun.
Materials, dimensions and care notes sit on each product page. Anything that arrives damaged or unfinished is replaced under our refund policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting. A changed "last updated" date indicates that this document has been updated, and the updated version supersedes any prior versions immediately upon posting. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
